It has been a while since I posted an update to the forums, and I wanted to let everyone know what’s been going on.

The DCs are getting better, but they’re still not anywhere near what expected to see by now. We will turning on the .save function shortly, which will allow players to help stop the character rollbacks. We now have our developers back and able to work on the core, as it was in "acceptance phase" prior to yesterday. Now we can start aggressively working on fixing the issues.

Donations for re-customizations were closed last week, but they weren’t deleted. We had to close them due to an error in the process which we discovered. They will be re-opened tomorrow, with approvals forthcoming. Unfortunately, the tokens weren’t activated for the population to get the token from the donation shop. This will be simple to control - if you didn't buy a token, the re-customization won't be approved. Tokens are $2.00 USD each, or $30.00 USD for full sets. If you already made a re-customization donation, the chips will be on your account and you will be able to simply purchase the tokens.

Regular donor items have been delayed due to web site and mail system issues. They will be delivered later today. We will be using a temporary work-around until the mail system is working correctly. If your item shows up in the forums as "Awaiting Delivery", then the item has been made and loaded into the database. Simply place an in-game ticket, and a GM will deliver your items after verifying the item. This will allow you to get your items ASAP and eliminate delays until the system is working at 100%.
As many of you have noticed, the vote shop is now almost completely functional. Since the game server and web server are now housed in separate data centers, we are having some minor issues with the timings, which is slowing down the site. We will be working on optimization over the next few days.

We have recently had some small in-game server attacks. These were from disgruntled ex-staffers who have started a smear campaign against me and the server which is completely false. I will not dignify the statements by responding here because they have been completely ridiculous. We have a great community here, which will continue with or without these wildcards.

In closing, I want to share something that I find very impressive. Two of our staff members have now been here for over 12 months. BloodedMayhem and Lornhane have both been extremely important in the growth over the last year. I can't begin to tell you both how much help you have given the community, and me, during the past year+. As staff members and friends, they both are top notch. Blood and Lornhane, the community is lucky to have you both. Personally I am more grateful than you know, you know how important you are to me directly, and I just wanted to publicly say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
